Leveling Up and Experience

A hero levels up when they acquire enough experience to exceed the experience cap of their existing level. Once the level cap has been met, a Hero can go to the Adventuring Guild and increase their level. During the level up process, a Hero receives:

  • 1D4 + 3 hit points

  • 1 skill points

  • 1D4 + 2 attribute points that can be spent on the five hero attributes. Additionally, the hero can choose to allocate 2 attribute points in exchange for 1 permanent HP increase
